How to increase training intensity at home ?
Ohhhh nooo no equipment, no problem.
You are still able to increase the training intensity by doing some small changes at your workout routine.
I personally share some tips.
1. Decrease Rest Time
2. Do pause reps
3. Slow down the movement
4. Do more reps or even more set
在健身房的時候,最簡單增加訓練強度的方式就是增加重量!但就算不再健身房,還是有一些方法可以增強訓練量的!
讓我自己來分享其中一些!
1. 減少組間休息時間
2. 短停訓練(其實我不太知道這怎麼翻譯欸)有人願意幫忙嗎?😅
3. 放慢速度
4. 做更多下,做更多組
